Prenatal yoga is specifically designed to support you through your pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnancy is such a special time and yoga is a beautiful gateway to cherishing these brief 9 months that is abundant with change and growth.
Yoga can help to bring more ease to your body and mind. Supporting you to have a more comfortable pregnancy and helping you heal and strengthen postpartum.
These classes flow with your natural breath and are specifically created to help you discover strength, power and trust. We will focus on breathing awareness, relaxation and postures to help strengthen and open the body; all tools that you will take with you through your pregnancy, labour, birth and journey into motherhood.
The beauty of this practice is that you can take it at your own pace, learning to connect inwards and listen to your body - connecting your breath, body, mind and baby. It’s such a beautiful opportunity to meet other mamas creating a community for women to lean in and support each other.

I offer Prenatal yoga in 5-7 week blocks.
Bookings are essential as there are limited spaces. If space is available there is the option of casual attendance (please contact me weekly to check there is space).
These classes are suitable for all trimesters as well as students completely new to yoga. If you have any special circumstances please do check with your lead maternity carer and ensure it is safe to participate in yoga.
June/July
19th of June - 24th of July (6 week block)

Investment - $108 block payment ($22 per casual session if spaces are available)

Prenatal Yoga Break
Please note I’ll be taking a short break from teaching September 18th to October 16th.
There will be no prenatal yoga classes during this time, but I’ll be back refreshed and ready to welcome you back on the mat from October 17th.
